B2B Terms and Conditions

1. About Horizon

Horizon is a business-to-business clothing and manufacturing brand operated by Tegh Global Services Private Limited, a company registered in India.

These terms apply to business enquiries, quotations, samples, purchase orders, custom manufacturing projects, online orders and other commercial transactions with Horizon.

2. Business customers only

Horizon supplies products and manufacturing services only to registered businesses and authorised business representatives. The website is not intended for personal or household purchases.

  • Company name.
  • Business email address.
  • Country.
  • Company website, where available.
  • Additional information required to verify the business.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Information displayed on the website does not constitute a binding commercial offer. Pricing is provided through an official quotation based on the buyer’s product, quantity, customisation, delivery and production requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 10 calendar days.

4. Order process

The standard order process is:

Enquiry → Quotation → Sample, where required → Sample Approval → Purchase Order → Deposit Payment → Production → Balance Payment → Shipment

An enquiry, quotation request or online order submission does not automatically create a binding order.

An order becomes binding only after Horizon provides written confirmation and receives the agreed deposit payment.

5. Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantities vary according to the product, colour, size, material, customisation and production requirements. The applicable minimum order quantity will be stated in the quotation.

Horizon may consider low-MOQ projects subject to production feasibility and commercial agreement.

Prices are quoted in United States dollars unless another currency is agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices exclude:

Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production has commenced.

Where Horizon exceptionally agrees to a cancellation, the buyer must pay all costs already incurred, including sampling, materials, manufacturing, customisation and other non-recoverable expenses.

9. Intellectual property

Horizon’s trademarks, logos, website content, photographs, catalogues, product concepts and marketing materials remain the property of Tegh Global Services Private Limited or its licensors.

Buyers must not use Horizon’s branding or marketing materials without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Horizon and the buyer must protect non-public pricing, commercial, technical, product-development and manufacturing information received during the business relationship, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to fulfil the order.

11. Force majeure

Horizon will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flooding, pandemics, war, government action, sanctions, strikes, supplier failures, power interruptions, transport disruption, port congestion or customs delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

Horizon will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

Production begins only after applicable sample and design approvals have been completed and the agreed deposit has been received.
