Horizon may request:

  • Company name.
  • Business email address.
  • Country.
  • Company website, where available.
  • Product, quantity and customisation requirements.

Additional information may be requested where necessary to verify the business or prepare an accurate quotation.

How do I request a quotation?

Create or access your business account, provide the requested company and product details, and submit a quotation request through the website.

Horizon will review the requirements and issue an official quotation based on the product, quantity, customisation, delivery destination and production needs.

Are product prices displayed on the website?

No. Horizon is a B2B supplier, and pricing depends on order quantity, materials, colours, sizes, customisation, packaging, shipping and other project requirements.

Final pricing is provided through an official quotation.

Can I place an order online?

Registered business users may submit quotation and order requests through the website.

An online submission does not automatically mean that Horizon has accepted the order. An order becomes binding only after Horizon provides written confirmation and receives the agreed deposit.

What is Horizon’s standard order process?

The standard process is:

Enquiry → Quotation → Sample, where required → Sample Approval → Purchase Order → Deposit Payment → Production → Balance Payment → Shipment

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product, colour, size, material, customisation and production requirements.

The applicable MOQ will be confirmed during the quotation process. Horizon remains open to low-MOQ projects where production is feasible.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are chargeable, and courier charges are normally borne by the buyer.

Sample production generally takes 7–15 working days, depending on the materials and customisation required.

The sample cost may be adjusted against the first bulk order where this is stated in the quotation and the agreed order value is achieved.

What customisation options are available?

Available options may include:

  • Colour.
  • Fabric and composition.
  • GSM and construction.
  • Embroidery and printing.
  • Woven labels and care labels.

  • Private-label branding and packaging.

Availability depends on the product, order quantity and manufacturing feasibility.

Does Horizon provide private-label manufacturing?

Yes. Horizon may provide Horizon-branded products, private-label manufacturing and custom manufacturing.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks and designs supplied for production.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 30–60 days, depending on the product, quantity, materials, customisation and factory capacity.

Production begins after all required samples, specifications and designs have been approved and the agreed deposit has been received.

Depending on the project, buyers may need to approve:

  • Artwork and logos.

Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

  • Courier: approximately 3–10 business days.

These estimates may be affected by customs, carrier schedules, weather, inspections, port congestion and other circumstances outside Horizon’s control.

Who is responsible for customs clearance and import charges?

Responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, import VAT and destination charges depends on the Incoterm and commercial terms stated in the quotation.

Unless Horizon expressly agrees otherwise in writing, these responsibilities are borne by the buyer.

Can I change or cancel a custom order?

Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production has started.

Where Horizon exceptionally agrees to a cancellation, the buyer must pay all costs already incurred, including sampling, raw materials, manufacturing, customisation and other non-recoverable expenses.

Does Horizon accept returns?

Because Horizon primarily manufactures products to order, returns for change of mind, excess inventory, resale difficulties or buyer preference are not accepted.

Claims may be considered where products have a verified manufacturing defect, materially differ from approved specifications, are incorrect, are short in quantity or are visibly damaged during delivery.

How do I report damaged, incorrect or defective goods?

Visible damage, shortages, incorrect items or apparent defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
